Eine exklusive Abfüllung von Karuizawa für The Whisky Exchange, ein Vatted Malt von ca. 77 Fässer. Wurde aus den letzten zwei Produktionsjahren der Destillerie (Sherryfassreifung) abgefüllt und gibt eine gute Übersicht des Destillerie Charakters.

In der Nase getrocknete Früchte, Gewürze, Tabak und Leder. Im Geschmack kräftig, zunächst einige Früchte wie Rosinen und Feigen. Dann etwas Schokolade, Ingwer, Zimt und Obstkuchen. Ein wenig Tabak. Im Abgang lang und fruchtig, eine Kombination aus Gewürzen und Schokolade/Orangen.
